Humane Society of Greater Rochester

When our community comes together, amazing things happen. Through patience, critical veterinary services, and compassionate, life-saving care, homeless and abused pets are transformed. But none of it is possible without you. Check out how these five pet lives were made better with your support.

Fiona and Echo

When these sweeties were first found they were covered with lice and unable to feed themselves. But with the love and support of a foster care volunteer and you, these little kittens were transformed into furry family friends! They may never have had a chance without you.

Darby

Darby was left tied up and abandoned. Lethargic and starving this poor pup needed critical veterinary care to restore her health. Darby not only received that care thanks to you, but is now in a wonderful and loving home.

Ivy

When our Humane Law Enforcement Department was first introduced to Ivy, she was malnourished and scared. This sweet girl has come a long way with the help of our veterinary and shelter teams, and will soon be looking for a patient, loving family to call her own.

Mony’s Sister (Moolah)

This lovely Thoroughbred mare was brought to Lollypop Farm when her owner was no longer able to provide her care. With your support she spent her first months here gaining some much needed weight. Now, she’s looking for a new pasture to call the perfect retirement home. Learn more about Moolah and other horses for adoption!

Bubbles

When this feral kitten was brought to Lollypop Farm she was injured and scared. Though our veterinary team was unable to save her leg, they were able to give Bubbles a fighting chance for a comfy life in a loving home. She’s currently in foster care receiving some much needed socialization while we ensure she does not have rabies from her injuries.
