Summer Camp

Lollypop Farm Camp is a perfect summer experience for children and teens who want to learn more about the animals they love! Your camper will love meeting new friends with similar interests, learning about the animals at Lollypop Farm, and exploring exciting jobs working with animals.

  • In-person camp hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Options for youth entering 2nd through 9th grades
  • Camp counselors have a passion for teaching and working with kids

Future Vet Camp

Animal Ed-ventures – $295

WHO:
Youth entering 4th – 5th grades
Kids entering 2nd – 3rd grades

WHEN: July 5th – 7th*, July 17th – July 21st, July 31st – August 4th

This camp is intended for animal lovers that want to learn about and enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at daily life at an animal shelter and farm. Each day there will be hands-on opportunities and engaging activities designed to promote the next generation of animal friends. Through interactive, hands-on lessons and featured guest speakers, campers will have the opportunity to explore animal-related careers, learn about animal welfare, and spend time with an array of animals. Campers will learn behavior and training tips, animal care, and proper handling techniques utilizing a variety of animals.

** There will not be camp July 3rd or 4th. Tuition for this week will be prorated at $177.

Future Vet Camp

Future Vet Camp – $305

WHEN: July 10th – 14th, August 7th – August 11th, August 14th – August 18th, August 21st – August 25th

Future Vet Camp is for young animal lovers who are interested in exploring a career as an animal care provider. We will discover just what it takes to become a veterinarian and explore many other animal-related jobs while beginning to build on the foundation for the vets of the future. As an added highlight, campers hear from our vets and vet techs about providing medical care for animals in an animal shelter.

Advocates in Action

Advocates in Action – $295

Teens entering 8th – 9th grades

WHEN: July 24th – 28th, August 21st – August 25th

Advocates in Action is the perfect camp for change-makers who want to make the world a better place for animals. We will explore a variety of animal welfare topics and learn how we can make a difference for animals in need. Campers will complete service projects like animal enrichment and adoption posters and create a Tik Tok video promoting a shelter pet looking for a new home! Campers will help the animal welfare professionals at Lollypop Farm affect legal change by engaging with lawmakers and changing the status quo.

Refund Policy
Please note we are unable to prorate weekly camp fees for any reason other than a legal holiday. We require written notice of session cancellation 14 days in advance of the session start date for refunds. You will be refunded the session tuition, plus a non-refundable processing fee of $85/session will be retained. Cancellation notices received fewer than 14 days in advance of a session beginning will result in a credit that may be used towards another 2022 camp session pending availability. Once a session begins, no refunds or credits will be given without a medical reason verified by your child’s pediatrician.

Camp FAQ

Yes! The campers will have multiple opportunities to interact with various animals. All animals the campers interact with have been evaluated by our behavior or farm staff.

Please keep in mind that this is primarily an educational program and while campers will get a chance to interact with animals, they will not spend the majority of their time caring for or playing with animals.

Each day varies, depending on what animals and guest speakers will be visiting camp! Here is a sample camp day for an idea of what the daily routine will look like!
  • Closed toe shoes (sneakers preferably) and play clothes
  • Bagged lunch
  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen & bug spray

Please leave electronic devices and toys at home. Lollypop Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

You are able to add someone to the authorized pick-up list by logging into your Active Network account.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your receipt. You will notice that the tax I.D. is part of this email.

Unfortunately, we do not prorate due to absences. We encourage you to pick a session that your camper will be able to attend in full. We have so many different things to experience each day!
Yes. Our online registration system will create a waitlist when a session is at capacity. You are able to add your camper to a waitlist at no cost. If a space becomes available, we will first contact people listed on the waitlist.
