CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY AT LOLLYPOP FARM!

Whether you’re turning 6 or 60, children and adults both agree that celebrating a birthday (or special occasion) with a Petacular Party at Lollypop Farm is a tail-waggin’ good time! Your friends and family will have a fantastic time celebrating a loved-ones birthday, and you’ll make an impact at the same time. Each party booked helps Lollypop Farm provide lifesaving care to pets in need and community resources to keep pets and families together.

Petacular Parties include:

    • Party guests will enjoy a special behind-the-scenes tour
  • “Pawesome Activity”: Two activities are included in the Petacular Party package. Additional activities can be added on at $50.00 each.
    • 2-hour private event space (choice of Barn Classroom or Large Event Tent)
    • Animal themed birthday party decorations
    • Petacular Party Host & Tour Guide
    • Guided tour of the farmyard and/or behind-the-scenes tour of the animal shelter (based on party size & schedule)
    • Choice of two PAWesome Activities
    • Petacular Party T-shirt for the birthday guest of honor 
    • Goody bags with fun animal-themed party favors for each child

Parties will be hosted in one of our private classrooms at Lollypop Farm. Lollypop Farm will provide fun party decorations and table covers, but guests are also welcome to bring their own if wanted. Lollypop Farm will provide goody bags with fun animal-themed prizes for the party guests.

Locations:

Barn Classroom: Located in the center of the “indoor barn”, the Barn Classroom is an ideal location for an indoor Petacular Party! The room space has six large tables and is able to accommodate a maximum group size of 20 people. 

Large Outdoor Event Tent (Summer season): Birthday Parties will be hosted in a private event tent (30’ x 60’, with removable walls), on the front lawn at Lollypop Farm. The tent has removable side-walls, eight large 60″ round tables, two rectangular tables, and 40 white folding chairs.

Party Schedule:
The birthday party schedule is flexible and changes based on the needs and requests of the party family.

PAWesome Activities:
Choice of two PAWesome Activities are included in the Petacular Party package. Additional activities can be added on with an additional cost of $50.00 each.

  • Special Animal Guest
  • Craft: Magic rainbow etch animals
  • Craft: Color your own farm animal mask
  • Craft: Pony bead animals & boondoggle bracelets!
  • Craft: Decorate your own decorate your own pet bandanas for a pet or stuffed animal!
  • Game: Lollypop Farm BINGO!
  • Variety of Lawn Games: Giant Jenga, Yahtzee, Connect-4, etc.

Presents: While some guests decide to spend time opening presents, other guests do not. We are flexible and are able to accommodate your schedule requests. 

Food: Food, cake, and/or any additional birthday party food serving supplies (napkins, cups, plates) are not included. You may bring any food that you’d like, or have food delivered for your party. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to have food delivered. 

Party Decorations: Lollypop Farm will provide fun party decorations and table covers. Parties are also welcome to bring additional decorations if desired. To ensure the health and safety of our farmyard friends and indigenous wildlife neighbors, balloons are not permitted.

Cost: When guests book the party, they pay a $50 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the final payment.

LET’S CELEBRATE!

No, you must choose a Special Animal Guest as the Pawesome Activity in order for an animal to be brought into the party room for guests to interact with.

Because Lollypop Farm is actively working to help homeless pets find a new family, the animals in the shelter are always changing. Living in an animal shelter can be very stressful for some animals, and their safety and happiness is our main concern while selecting animals to participate in our Petacular Parties. Our Humane Education team works with the Animal Care team to select animals who are social and interested in visiting with children. Typically, birthday guests will meet a small animal (rabbit, guinea pig, etc.).

Each party is different. We realize that every family has different interests and needs for their party. Sometimes, guests want to leave time to open presents and serve cake. While other times the party guests want to have a long tour and additional activities. We are flexible and able to accommodate your requests for the party schedule.

Petacular Parties are scheduled for two hours. We realize that each family has different interests and needs, so we are able to customize the party experience. Families that are interested in opening birthday presents and eating food during the party timeframe should consider leaving an appropriate amount of time in the schedule. The shelter tour lasts 30-60 minutes. Each party comes with a choice of one Pawesome Activity. Additional activities can be added on at $50.00 each. When booking your party, please be sure to communicate special requests.

While Lollypop Farm is a pet-friendly organization, we do not recommend bringing your pet from home to the Petacular Party.

We will decorate your private party room, host the party, and take care of clean-up. Families are invited to bring any food, drinks, paper products, and utensils as we do not provide these. Families may also choose to bring additional decorations to personalize the party room.

Of course! When you order the food, simply tell the delivery person to bring the food to the front desk at Lollypop Farm. Our front desk team will notify the party that the food has arrived.

You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled party time to set up and do any additional decorating you would like.

We collect a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to officially reserve all Petacular Parties. We will then be in touch to confirm your date/time, and any additional information needed prior to the party.
Final payments are due the day of the party. Your party host will assist with the payment process.

The basic Petacular Party package is $200 for up to 20 people (children + adults). You are welcome to add additional guests at $10 each additional person, maximum of 30 people. The total number includes the guest of honor and any adults.

We are open to every age! However, we will adjust the birthday party schedule for children under the age of six. We believe that it is important to have developmentally appropriate activities.
