Spay/Neuter Incentive Program (SNIP)Assistance with the Cost of Spay/ Neuter SurgeryPets that are not spayed or neutered can add to the severe pet overpopulation problem when they are allowed to breed. Lollypop Farm wants to help put an end to pet overpopulation, and provides support in the community through SNIP, our Spay/Neuter Incentive Program. SNIP provides financial assistance to help low-income Monroe County New York dog or cat owners with a portion of the cost to spay or neuter up to two animals per household per calendar year. If you qualify for the program, you will receive a voucher that can be used at a participating veterinary hospital. You are responsible for paying the amount not covered by the voucher. Apply for SNIP AssistanceTo apply for SNIP assitance, complete our SNIP application request form and return the application (Cats or Dogs) that is sent to you. Vouchers range in value based on the size and gender of the pet: female dogs vary from $66 - $88 depending on weight, male dogs vary from $60 - $80 depending on weight, and a cat voucher is $40. You are responsible for paying the amount not covered by the voucher.
