HOW TO ADOPT

A BIRD

STEP 1
All potential adopters must be 21 or older and have valid photo ID.

Read through dog adoption profiles to see if any seem like a good fit for your household and lifestyle.

View birds available for adoption

STEP 2

If they are a smaller bird like a pigeon or a parakeet, for example, come to Lollypop Farm during our open adoption hours and meet with an adoption counselor who will help you meet any birds you’re interested in and answer any questions you may have about adding a new friend to your life.

If they are a more exotic breed like a parrot, their bio will have instructions on who to email in order to set up an appointment to meet them.

STEP 3

If you are ready to adopt, you would pay the adoption fee and in most cases, bring your new friend home that very day!
