Hooper realizes that he doesn't exactly stand out.

He is a bit non-descript: he is a middle-aged, brown and white, large dog.

But, we believe that he is extraordinary. We know that under his shy demeanor, Hooper is a "real" dog. A dog that enjoys snacks, toys and human company, like other dogs do.

Hooper has been having a bit of a hard time adjusting to shelter life, so we are hoping for an understanding and patient adopter to come for him.

He enjoys leash walks in the woods, and has finally come around to the idea of eating whatever snack we send his way.
