Frequently Asked Questions

• Do I need to register for the whole year, or can my child attend just one session?

  Since this program is designed with a convenient “drop-in” structure, you can register for one session at a time based on your schedule!

• Does a parent or guardian need to stay for the club?

  No, this is a drop-off program. You can securely check your child in at 3:30 PM and pick them up at 5:00 PM. All sessions are fully supervised by our professional humane education staff.

• Will my child get to interact directly with the animals?

  Yes! While animal safety and comfort are always our top priorities, structured animal interactions are a core part of our curriculum. All animals in the program have been evaluated by our behavior or farm staff to ensure a safe and positive experience. Please note that this is primarily an educational program, so while there will be animal interactions, the majority of the time will be spent on learning and activities rather than direct care or play.

• How do I claim the 10% sibling discount?

  The 10% discount will automatically apply at checkout when you register two or more siblings for the same Thursday session online.

• What is the cancellation and refund policy?

  We understand that plans change! Cancel within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund.

• What should my child wear?

  Please have your child wear closed-toe shoes (sneakers are perfect) and clothes that can get a little dirty, as we may be crafting, prepping animal treats, or visiting the farm!
