Phoebe loves to be gently groomed and doted on for as long as you like while she stands perfectly still and quiet. Her beautiful Arabian features help her stand out at our farm, in a sea of thoroughbreds.

We know very little about Phoebe's life before coming to Lollypop. She came from a rough situation where she had little to no turnout or handling. In the short time that she has been with us, she has gained weight and confidence. She has grown to trust and her personality has blossomed. Upon arrival, she was very quick to panic or move away from us. This little lady has big feelings, that she sometimes still needs to work through. She does not have a mean bone in her body and is easy to handle if you know how to read her anxiety.

Phoebe would make a great companion for you and your equine friend. She gets along great with mares and geldings. Forming a strong attachment to a buddy has helped her comfortability grow here.

Phoebe would prefer flatter pastures, without large hills, due to a hitch in her step from previously neglected hooves. After lots of zoomies, she may have a limp in the pasture, but she does not let it slow her down. Between this and her age, she is suitable as a companion only. Now that she knows life outside of a stall, she happily and gracefully enjoys her turnout time 24/7.

Requires intermediate handler.
