If you've ever heard the term "spicy kitten," Vivi here comes in somewhere between mild and medium side. She is quick to greet with a hiss, and will need a lot of patience. She was found outside, and may not have had much socialization to humans.

Vivi is wary about physical contact at first. With time, a safe place to hide, tasty treats, and even more time, she may eventually allow physical affection with someone she trusts. However, we cannot guarantee that she will be a cuddle bug if that's what you are seeking in a feline companion.

This little lady will likely benefit from the companionship of other cats, possibly someone young and playful who needs a friend. She came in with another kitten who was a comforting presence to her, and she may find confidence in having a new brother or sister.

Many families come to us to adopt a kitten for their children. If you want a friendly fuzzball who your kids can handle and interact a lot with, we would love to help you find the right fit but it's probably not this one. Vivi may do fine with older, calmer children who can respect her personal space and let her warm up in her own time. It's important for any member of your household to let this gal come to you when she's ready, and let her go at her own pace.
