What does it mean when a pet has the "Adopt From Foster" banner on their profile?
It means that the pet is lucky enough to spend their time in a foster home until they find a family to call their very own! They can be adopted right from their foster home versus having to be here at the shelter.
Where is this pet actually located?
They are in a loving foster home! All pets who have the "Adopt From Foster" banner will need an appointment in order to meet them. Sometimes, pets are met right in their foster home and other times, they are brought back to the shelter for a meet and greet - each situation may be a little different, but you and that pet's point person will work out those details!
How do I meet them/what is the adoption process?
The first step is to fill out the form that will pop up once you click the "Ask About Meeting Me button". From there, one of our staff members will reach out to you with more information about the pet and how to meet them.

Dominick is a 7 year old boy who would like a companion to lay next to. Once he knows you’re his person he will always want to be with you. Dominick quickly became a favorite not just of the kennel staff taking care of him, but every employee of Lollypop who meet him. If you are interested in Dominick, please email slcollins315@yahoo.com This gem of a dog is currently hanging out with his lovely foster mom, but we know he is ready to brighten up a home permanently. Dominick does have some medical issues that slow him down, but that just makes him the perfect companion for a lazy Sunday. He may have a little trouble walking and fall down but he gets right up and keeps on going. He loves his food and treats, going outside and being with his person. You could not ask for a sweeter, more laid back dog. Put this boy in a sunbeam and watch him melt into a puddle as he goes to dreamland. Ask about Dominick and see for yourself why he has left an impression on so many people.
