Lollypop Farm helps pets in need with generous support from our community. We’re happy to recognize young changemakers in our community who are making a difference for the animals and making the world a better place.
Do you know someone between 5-17 years old who has given their time, talent, and kindness to the betterment of animals? We want to hear from you!
Submit your nomination through the registration form below by April 16, 2021.
Winners will be contacted by April 23, 2021 via phone call and announced on May 15th on Lollypop Farm social media and our newsletter.
Every nominee will receive a special certificate of nomination. One top prize winner will be selected from each age group and will receive a special gift package and $25 gift certificate to Just Games Rochester, LLC. They will also be featured in the Lollypop Farm Blog and they will receive a special behind-the-scenes tour for the winner and family!
Age Groups:
5-8 years old
9-13 years old
14-17 years old
Important Rules:
To enter, someone 18 or older (such as a parent, legal guardian, relative, teacher) must complete the online nomination form. Contact information must be provided. (Email address and other information provided will not be rented, given or sold to any third party entity)
All nominations require the approval of the youth’s legal guardian. Legal guardian contact information must be provided to verify.
All entrants must be between the ages of 5-17.
All entries become the sole property of Lollypop Farm. Entries may be featured as examples of kindness even if the entry is not chosen as the winner. Stories and photos submitted at the time of nomination become the property of Lollypop Farm.
Entries must clearly demonstrate the nominee’s track record of kindness towards animals.
