Magnolia was brought to Lollypop Farm underweight, clearly having gone without food for some time. She was brought to safety by one of our humane law enforcement officers so she could begin her journey toward a second chance.
An exam from staff at the Klingenstein Veterinary Clinic also revealed that Magnolia had a small injury to the tip of her tail, but thankfully, she was otherwise healthy. She was put on a refeeding schedule and given time to regain her strength.

Because she was found abandoned, not much was known about this little cutie’s past. But right away, staff could tell that she was a sweetheart. Magnolia loves attention and affection, and even though she is an adult at one-year-old, she is a puppy at heart and has the energy to match! Magnolia has also been working with our behavior team and has gotten great at sitting, which can be helpful when her energy overflows! She has been learning very quickly, and we are confident she will continue to learn and grow with her new family.
And if the photos of her in the flowers are any indication, she loves to be out in nature and sniff every blade of grass along the way.
Magnolia is a true testament to the resilience of animals. Despite everything that has happened in her past, Magnolia is ready to stop and smell the flowers in her new home.
