Shelter Helpers


Shelter Helpers is a fun in-person program specially designed for students looking for opportunities to help their community. Perfect for young animal lovers (8-16 years-old) Shelter Helpers will explore different ways that youth can help homeless pets.

B.A.R.K. (Be Aware, Responsible, Kind)

The B.A.R.K. program is a virtual learning experience for young animal lovers on understanding pet body language, how to play with your pet, and avoiding bites. It’s a fun program that keeps everyone safe and happy!

Youth Service and Student Projects

From DIY service learning projects to organizing a supply drive, there are a number of ways to help pets in need.

Junior Camp Counselor Volunteer Program

The junior camp counselor volunteer program is a great way for teens to gain valuable job experience working with children and animals in an education environment. Teens ages 15-17 accepted to the program will assist Lollypop Farm camp staff in providing fun and engaging week-long sessions of camp to children in grades K – 9.



A great opportunity for your children to practice their reading skills while helping our cats socialize while waiting for adoption. Plus, our cats are great listeners!
