Animal Admissions Response
ATTENTION: Lollypop Farm is currently facing a high volume of requests for pets to be admitted to the shelter. At this time, our shelter is at capacity and our teams are working hard to help as many pets and people as possible. We are prioritizing pets and families facing emergencies and other urgent situations. We urge those who need help to use the resources found on our website and fill out the admissions consultation request form online. A member of the admissions team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We are asking at this time that people contact us rather than attempting to admit their pet to the shelter by walk-in appointment. This will allow us to ensure resources and space for the pets in our care. If you are facing an emergency, please give us a call at 585-223-1330.
As always there are many ways to help support the shelter and the community's pets including adoption, becoming a foster volunteer, and donating to help provide services for the many pets in our care.
Thank you for reaching out to Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester. In order to ensure resources to help pets coming to the shelter, Lollypop Farm takes the surrender of animals by appointment. We understand how difficult this decision is, and a Lollypop Farm representative will be contacting you as soon as possible to help you find the best solution for your pet. In the meantime, we have several resources that might help you and your pet.
If this is an emergency, please contact our Guest Services Department at 585-233-1330 EXT 0. Hours are Saturday-Monday 8AM -5PM and Tuesday-Friday 9AM-7PM and ask to speak to a shelter manager or supervisor.
